Here are my fine tunings:

I've been able to fine tune my request - this may change the pricing - here is the site I am looking to move from:

www.heartlandlawfirm.com and the site I want to move to:

www.drtoddoneil.com. - basically all of the pages - plus I will have a blog as a subdomain to the home page - but not sub to the landing pages... when I write in my blog I will be linking to the landing pages...

Here is even better detail for you:

1.  Overview map of site pages.

2.  Box diagram of what the home page will look like.

3.  Box diagram of what the landing pages will look like

4.  A video overview of the entire project. see here:

please take this information and offer me a quote to get going on this first project.  I am ready to start by wed this week if you are!

Let me know if you have further questions!

Thanks!

Marty

Let us answer your questions!

Questions... click on the question and be taken to the answer!

+ Can you explain probate in simple terms?
Probate is the group of laws that society follows in determining the ownership, control and guardianship of a person’s assets and people in their lives.
+ What’s the difference between a will and a trust?
A will is a letter to the Judge in a probate case, telling the Judge how you want him to disperse your assets.

A trust avoids probate and sets up in advance the instructions your representatives will follow. With a properly crafted and funded trust you will avoid the expense and delay of probate!
+ What is “Elder Law”?
Elder law describes the area of law centered on the issues that senior citizens face during the decades of their 60’s, 70’s 80’s and beyond. It combines estate planning, familiarity with medicaid and medicare, asset protection, and other areas of focus to protect the client.
